Gili Trawangan is the biggest of the three Gili Islands and has the most to offer in terms of dive sites, accommodation, restaurants and nightlife. Even with these amenities, the island retains the charm of an island; it has no motorized transport, no pollution and an eco-friendly environment. The Gilis are known for beautiful white sand beaches and crystal clear water with great snorkelling and fantastic diving.

The Gili Islands are becoming one of the top spots in the region, attracting more and more divers each year. At Gili Divers, we dive a range of sites located on or between all three islands that are suited for divers from entry level to advanced. For snorkelers in your group, don’t worry! We are happy to have them join our dive trips within the Gili Islands free of charge. Our boat captains and staff will assist them in finding the shallow sections of the dive sites that are best suited for snorkelling. Our house reef is also a great place to snorkel before and after diving. Just steps from the dive centre you can see turtles, a variety of fish and also a large section of bio-reef (manmade reef, built to help improve diversity in the area), which is part of Gili Trawangan’s coral reef conservation efforts.
